Any good books for teens?

I'm kinda looking for maybe a sorority murder mystery? or something kinda like that. or ghost kinda things. lol. i'm kinda in a sorority phase so if you know any books like those then that would be amazing! or another kinda book i'm looking for is a romance with a playerish teen guy who falls in love with a shy or unpopular girl kind of like the last song! i loved that book. thanks! please give a little summary about what its about or maybe just a sentence giving the general idea.
