How difficult is it to transfer to SUNY Albany?

I just finished my freshman year of college at a school that wasn't right for me. The first semester I had pretty decent grades and had a 3.2 gpa, but the second semester I had a W/F for a class and that caused my gpa for that semester to be poor with a 2.5. My cumulative gpa is a 2.85 and I ended up with 27 credits. I was also involved at a sorority at my school. My intended major is Political Science. What are my chances of getting accepted?
