How to bring a sorority to your school.?

We currently don't have a specific sorority at our University. I'm not completly sure if they have been suspended or expelled but I wanted to know how I would go about bringing them back to our school. Who could I talk to? How much dedication would I and the group of girls starting it need. And what should I expect? Also how much money should I be looking at putting into it?
