Betta sorority tanks?

Make sure u have enough room, females only fight when there's not enoughroom. So I would say 1 female betta per every 10 gallons of water. I had 3 in a 40 gal and they were great! But when I changed them to my 20 gal, 2 became dominant and the 3rd one was really small and never came to the surface to eat or breath so I switched the 2 into another different tank and the 3rd one was much happier! So that's my example of why u need ab 10'gals for every female.
