Foreskin restoration difficulties?

I am 15 and i began using manual foreskin restoration methods maybe a month back. So far, the skin on the left side of my penis barely touches the corona (when my penis is flaccid, there is some loose skin on the left, top side of my penis)...Also, on the right side of my penis (just under the head), there is this light brown, horizontal scar. It goes from like the top/middle part of my shaft to just under the head. It doesnt hurt or anything...it just looks like a faint brown scar...I am circumcised and know the difference between this unusual scar and my circumcision scar...I guess i got it from using too much force while "tugging"...Should i continue with this foreskin restoration? How can i make the foreskin restore so it looks more evened out? Leave any info if you can...thanks!
