Friend and i are having some very weird problems with...?

So me and my friend are 16 and we are both put on birth control and find a very abnormal thing going on with our vagina area... when we go to the bathroom we notice an unusual discharge from our vagina. Its a creamy colored gel type substance, is this something we should go get checked out? how could we clear it up so we dont get any more of this? could it be a disease? we are NOT sexually active.... Plz help.
