How to revive my Majestic Palm pot plant?

I bought a Majestic Palm at the Ikea recently 1 month back. I read that it needs regular watering and I am watering it almost daily since then but just around 2 to 3 cups of water. I tried to keep it inside just beside the balcony glass door but its really tough to drain the water out of the saucer daily, so I kept it outside for 1 week and now most of the leaves are brown and some of the leaves have small holes on them. I live in west coast and it is still raining here, we are not seeing much sun here. Please any one tell me how to revive my majestic palm and care for it, where to keep it, how mcuh water, light fertilizer etc.. I also bought the SCHULTZ 10-15-10 Plant food Plus micronutrients 2 days back and fertilized it yesterday and 2 day..
